The JBJ series paddle agitator is used in the mixing stage of the coagulation process in water supply and drainage. When the raw water and coagulant or coagulant aid liquid flow through the mixing tank, flow circulation is generated under the discharge effect of the agitator, which enables the rapid and thorough mixing of the coagulant and water, meeting the requirements of the coagulation process.
Product Features:
Smooth operation and uniform mixing. Suitable for mixing liquids with high water volume and depth.
Product Category:
According to the different shape characteristics of the blades, it can be divided into flat blade agitator and inclined blade agitator. The flat blade agitator generates radial force, while the inclined blade agitator generates axial force. The blade agitator is suitable for stirring low viscosity liquids, suspensions, and dissolved liquids.
Safe use:
1. The mixer should be placed in a flat position, with square blocks used to support the front and rear axles, allowing the tires to rest on the rack to prevent movement during operation.
2. The mixer should be equipped with secondary leakage protection. After the power is turned on before going to work, it must be carefully inspected. Only after passing the empty test run can it be used. During the trial operation, it is necessary to check whether the mixing drum speed is appropriate. Generally, the empty speed of the mixer is 2-3 revolutions faster than that of the mixer (after loading). If there is a significant difference, the ratio of the driving wheel to the transmission wheel should be adjusted.
3. The rotation direction of the mixing drum should conform to the direction indicated by the arrow. If it does not match the actual direction, the motor wiring should be corrected.
4. Check whether the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, whether the steel wire rope is damaged, whether the track pulley is in good condition, whether there are obstacles around, and the lubrication condition of each part.
5. After starting up, regularly pay attention to whether the various components of the mixer are operating normally. When shutting down, regularly check whether the mixer blades are bent and whether the screws are loose or loose.
6. When the concrete mixing is completed or expected to stop for more than 1 hour, in addition to removing the remaining material, stones and clean water should be poured into the shaking drum, and the machine should be turned on to wash away the mortar stuck to the drum before discharging it completely. There should be no accumulated water inside the barrel to prevent rusting of the barrel and blades. At the same time, the accumulated dust outside the mixing drum should be cleaned to keep the machinery clean and intact.
7. After work and when not in use, the power should be turned off and the switch box should be locked to ensure safety.
