Mechanical oil mist collector
The mixed gas containing oil mist, oil fume, water vapor, dust, etc. quickly enters the honeycomb separator through the inlet. Due to the principle of inertia, larger oil droplets and oil droplets collide with the stepped end face and flow downwards. The bundled gas is divided by numerous honeycombs and enters the wall cavity for separation. The separated gas is discharged from each honeycomb port to the surrounding area.
The bundled airflow is homogenized in a nearly horizontal direction by the first stage and enters the horizontal flow cut-off device. Each independent bucket mouth to bucket tail is composed of a large to small airflow channel structure. The airflow passing through is instantly compressed, and the small liquid particles in the airflow quickly condense into larger oil droplets, which are discharged from the bucket tail into the stacked groove and flow downward in the vertical direction, and then discharged from the cut-off device.
The discharged gas gathers again into a bundle and enters the high-speed rotating impeller. The gas inside the impeller is compressed again and accelerates radially along the blade, forming high-speed centrifugal force. Some small oil mist particles and finer aerosol particles are thrown towards the settling separator along the blade diameter direction. The settling separator contains a compartment, and the oil particles entering the compartment are difficult to flow out and mix with the airflow again, and they condense and settle downwards. The gas then advances backward horizontally along the impeller, and the gas-liquid is separated again,
The oil mist ratio in the processed oil mist gas is reduced to a lower value, and then it is rectified, intercepted, and diffused by the residual gas processing unit to condense into liquid and return to the collection tank for reuse. The continuously processed oil mist gas is discharged as clean gas at the terminal.
