1、 Working principle of miniature electromagnetic brake：

1. When powered on, the armature is attracted by electromagnetic force to detach from the brake disc, allowing the rotor and transmission shaft to rotate freely with the brake disc;
2. When not powered, the spring applies pressure to the armature, forcing the brake disc to generate friction torque between the armature and flange, in order to maintain the stopped state of the rotor and transmission shaft.
2、 Precautions for installation and use of miniature electromagnetic brake：
1. Please do not allow the brake disc to be contaminated with moisture and oil. The friction pads and armature surfaces should be kept clean and free of oil stains;
2. Please handle the screws to prevent loosening during installation;
3. Please do not let the rotor come into contact with the armature during installation and use;
4. Please confirm during installation whether the center of the transmission shaft and the brake maintain an eccentricity of ± 0.1mm and an accuracy of deviation angle below 0.25 °;
5. Our brake system's air gap has been adjusted before leaving the factory, so there is no need to readjust it during installation.
