working principle:

This check valve mainly consists of a valve body, two semi-circular valve discs, a return spring, an oil storage cylinder, a slow closing small cylinder group, and a needle valve (micro regulating valve). It relies on the thrust of the inlet medium to smoothly push the two valve discs open. At the same time, the imported pressure medium enters the lower part of the piston in the oil storage cylinder, pushing the piston and pressing the oil in the upper part of the piston into the small cylinder ends on both sides of the valve body through needle valves, causing the piston rod in the small cylinder to extend. When the pressure of the inlet medium drops below the pressure of the outlet, the medium will reflux. At this time, the valve disc will automatically close under the action of the spring and medium reflux, but due to the extended position of the piston rod. The valve disc cannot be completely closed, leaving about 20% of the area for the medium to pass through, thus playing a role in reducing the hammer. The valve disc is supported by the piston rod, and the pressure oil in the rear chamber of the piston slowly enters the oil storage cylinder through the needle valve, and the valve disc gradually closes. The valve disc is divided into two steps of rapid and slow closure, achieving both anti motor reverse and anti hammer function.
