Microwave photocatalytic deodorization is used to remove odors under negative pressure by entering microwave photocatalytic oxidation treatment equipment. Through special high-energy light waves generated by microwave and infinite ultraviolet, organic matter in exhaust gas is decomposed into carbon dioxide, water, and other mineral substances, and organic pollutants are degraded.

Microwave photolysis catalytic deodorization, odor enters the microwave photolysis catalytic oxidation treatment equipment under negative pressure, and decomposes organic matter in the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide, water, and other mineral substances through special high-energy light waves generated by microwave and infinite ultraviolet, degrading organic pollutants.

Microwave photocatalytic deodorization adopts a dual decomposition approach; Microwave electromagnetic radiation and high-energy light waves break the molecular chains of all organic waste gases, cracking and changing the material structure, and breaking down high molecular pollutants into low-molecular-weight harmless substances such as water and carbon dioxide. The deodorization and waste gas purification efficiency can reach over 99%, greatly exceeding the comprehensive emission standards for air pollutants (GB16297-1996) and odor pollutants (GB14554-1993). The service life of the complete control system is 3-5 years or more, and the equipment life is over ten years without maintenance. It is suitable for the treatment of high-temperature and high humidity waste gases.

1. Excellent purification efficiency, capable of efficiently removing major pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, thiols, as well as various odors. The deodorization efficiency can reach over 99%, greatly exceeding the national odor pollutant emission standard (GB14554-93) issued in 1993. Compared to the same air volume, extreme ultraviolet lamps are more than 40% higher.

2. Maintenance and cleaning are very convenient. The lamp tube can be designed in modules, and can be directly rinsed with a water gun or inside the box without worrying about power short circuits. This solves the problem of extreme lamp tubes not being able to be washed directly.

3. Low operating cost and low power consumption, with half the power consumption of similar products with extreme ultraviolet radiation. (There is an extreme ultraviolet exhaust gas treatment equipment with a wind volume of 5000 and a power consumption of 1500W. Our company's same equipment only requires 750W.)

4. No pre-treatment required: Odorous gases do not require special pre-treatment, such as heating, humidification, etc. The equipment can work normally in an environment with a temperature between -30 ℃ and 95 ℃, a humidity between 30% and 98%, and a pH value between 2-13.
