ZipTip is a 10 µ L micro chromatography column equipped with a 0.6 or 0.2 µ L chromatography medium column bed, fixed at its end, with no retention volume. It is an ideal tool for sample concentration and purification for sensitive downstream analysis.

Here are some analysis examples that can be improved using ZipTip sample preparation:

ZipTip micro chromatography column is simple and easy to use.

-Install the micro chromatography column onto a single or multi-channel pipette, a standard 22 caliber blunt ended HPLC needle, or a compatible automatic pipette/sample preparation station.

-Extract and allocate the number of cultivation units for sample binding.

-Using a similar method, extract and distribute appropriate cleaning solution to remove contaminants.

-Wash the concentrated and purified sample into 1-4 µ L of compatible solvent, and then transfer it directly to mass spectrometry analysis, small cups, or other analytical steps.

For applications that require smaller elution volumes (e.g.<1 µ L), we also offer a micro column bed containing 0.2 µ L of culture medium.

The ZipTip microcalorimetry column provides a reproducible and recovery method for concentrating and purifying peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides from picomoles to picomoles, enabling better analysis of data.
