3、 Product structure characteristics and working principle

DJS3/3.7LL (A) mining explosion-proof and intrinsic safety LED emergency light, mainly composed of explosion-proof shell, intrinsic safety chamber, battery slot, lithium-ion battery pack, LED light source, plastic transparent parts, etc.

The emergency light has a delayed lighting function: when the emergency light is connected to the AC127 power supply, it is in a charging state. When the battery pack voltage is 4.2V, the battery pack charging ends and the LED light source does not light up; When the AC127 power supply is disconnected, the charging state of the lithium battery pack ends and is converted to power the LED light source through a relay. The LED light source works normally and provides illumination, and the delay function is activated. When the battery discharge voltage is 3.4V, the discharge ends and the LED light source stops illuminating. (This emergency light is mainly used in underground tunnels, chambers, and other places for delayed lighting during equipment maintenance and power outage repairs. It is prohibited to use it on mining workfaces.)
