Mining explosion-proof and intrinsic safety programmable controller

1、 Purpose:

This device is mainly used in places containing explosive gases underground in coal mines, for marking or sound and light alarms at transportation tunnels, inclined tunnels, wellheads, air doors, turnouts, and places where passengers are in place. In addition to the function of marking and lighting indication during marking, it also has a language prompt function to comply with the requirements of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.

2、 Performance characteristics

The device has three states: standby state, dot state, and alarm state. The green light remains on during standby, and the red light (or Chinese characters) lights up and the speaker emits an alarm sound when flashing. When the alarm is triggered, the red light (or Chinese characters) flashes and the speaker emits language warnings such as "Driving, no pedestrians allowed". Its six alarm languages can be selected by the eight digit dial switch (or customized into different languages and Chinese characters according to user needs).

1、 Purpose:

The KXJ127 mining explosion-proof and intrinsic safety programmable controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller) is a new generation of mining controller that integrates advanced electronic technology, PLC technology, automation technology, communication technology, and anti-interference technology, with intrinsic safety PLC (see Appendix 3 for details) as the control core. This controller has high reliability and cost-effectiveness, powerful communication capabilities, LCD Chinese character display, rich operation and function buttons, voice alarms and other characteristics. It is an intelligent control device suitable for use in hazardous environments such as coal dust and gas. It has wide universality and strong adaptability, and can achieve automatic detection, monitoring and control of sprinkler solenoid valves in various occasions.

This controller is suitable for hazardous environments such as gas and coal dust explosions underground in coal mines or harsh ground environments. It can also be used as an automatic sprinkler control device in harsh environments such as metallurgical mines, open-pit coal mines, ports, coal preparation plants, power plants, etc., replacing various existing sprinkler devices. It can not only automate the control of standalone devices, but also form a network system to achieve distributed and hierarchical remote monitoring and management.

2. Text display: The controller is equipped with a text display on the panel, using a Chinese character LCD screen. The operating status, fault location, and fault nature of the controlled equipment can be displayed in the form of Chinese characters, symbols, or charts, making the information intuitive and easy to operate; 9 function buttons, combined with the current display interface of the LCD screen, can achieve more functional operations and meet various complex control scenarios.

3. Powerful communication capability: The controller adopts unique patented technology in the communication interface circuit, with long communication distance and strong anti-interference ability, which can easily form a multi-level remote communication network.
