The equipment should be installed in a clean, dry, well ventilated, and vibration free location, with no corrosive gases around.
The equipment can use pipeline water pressure or water pump to supply water, and the water pressure cannot exceed 0.3MP.
The water intake point requires the water body to be free of bubbles, with stable flow rate and water pressure. The outlet pipe should not be higher than the equipment outlet position, and the pipeline should not be bent, otherwise it may cause poor drainage.
Water flow regulation:
The equipment can be equipped with an optional flow meter to regulate the water flow rate
Water flow regulation steps:
① After connecting the required pipelines of the equipment, turn on the power, open the water supply valve, and slowly increase the inlet flow rate. When the float of the flowmeter reaches the 2LPM scale (the scale value depends on the equipment parameters), stop increasing the flow rate.
② The pipeline inside the equipment is divided into two paths, one for supplying water to the turbidity sensor and the other for supplying water to the electrode flow channel.
③ Adjust the water flow of the turbidity sensor by first loosening the water stop clamp at the outlet of the turbidity sensor. Let the air inside the sensor be expelled. If bubbles are found between the outlet joints, they need to be expelled.
④ If the flow rate of the circulation channel is found to be insufficient or excessive, the total inlet flow rate of the equipment can be adjusted appropriately.
Key points for regular maintenance:
For first-time use of the instrument, please run it for 24 hours before testing.
After the sensor operates normally, the output of 4-20mA corresponds to the factory range.
After using the instrument for a period of time, dirt may adhere to the optical path lens of the sensor, causing significant measurement errors. It is necessary to regularly clean the lens. Specific operation: Firstly, the sensor needs to disconnect the water and power supply. After the water in the circulation tank is completely drained, turn on the water outlet connector module at the bottom of the sensor (as shown in Figure ③ above), and use the attached brush to clean the sediment inside the circulation tank until it is clean. When reinstalling the connector module, it is necessary to add a new tape to the thread,Avoid leakage.
Do not disassemble the instrument to avoid affecting or damaging its performance.
