Precautions for pipetting

Can I collect plasma without using the recommended collection method?
Every measurement performed according to the recommended steps has been validated as feasible. Some anticoagulants are not recommended in certain assays. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.
Some analytes to be tested are also present in platelets, therefore, it is recommended to use low platelet plasma. Please refer to the manual for the correct collection operation method.
Can I use my own diluent or buffer?
