The equipment mainly consists of a frame, a drive mechanism, a coarse and fine toothed rake, a guide mechanism, a chain tensioning mechanism, coarse and fine grid bars, an electric control cabinet, and other parts. This device has two installation forms: 60 degree and 75 degree.

This device combines coarse and fine grids into one, with the coarse grid at the front and the fine grid at the back. The coarse grid intercepts solid floating objects larger than the coarse grid gap in the water, while the fine grid intercepts solid floating objects larger than the fine grid gap filtered by the coarse grid. The toothed rake then retrieves the solid floating objects intercepted by the coarse and fine grids and sends them into the container.

Precautions for use

Running direction calibration: Before starting, manually shake the motor to confirm that the direction of rotation is consistent with the arrow mark, to avoid damage to the rake teeth or grille rod caused by reverse rotation.

Chain tension adjustment: Regularly check the tension of the chain and adjust it as needed after initial operation to prevent slipping or wear due to excessive looseness.

Lubrication maintenance: Add lubricating grease to the rolling bearings every month, and replace the lubricating oil of the gearbox every three months to ensure smooth operation of the transmission components.

Cleaning and blockage prevention: Regularly clean large debris in the front grille pool to avoid affecting the cleaning effect; Clean the discharge plate according to the amount of garbage to prevent blockage.
