The equipment composition of Yiran natural gas roller bottom furnace includes feeding roller conveyor, natural gas roller bottom furnace body, inlet compression door, quenching zone, post cooling section, outlet compression door, drying device, discharge roller conveyor, etc. Yiran roller bottom heat treatment furnace has the following characteristics:

1. Loading method for natural gas roller bottom heating furnace: manual feeding, automatic feeding method, steel pipes automatically roll towards the roller conveyor in front of the furnace on the feeding platform;

2. The roller conveyor in front of the furnace automatically sends steel pipes into the furnace for heating, and the steel pipe speed can be adjusted at any time according to the feeding situation inside the furnace;

3. The rotation speed of the roller conveyor in the furnace is adjustable, and the forward speed of the steel pipe in the furnace is pre-set and automatically controlled according to the size of the steel pipe and process requirements;

4. When the heated steel pipe moves to the outlet of the furnace, it is quickly sent to the roller conveyor at the back of the furnace. At the same time, cooling water is automatically sprayed from the roller conveyor at the back of the furnace onto the hot steel pipe;

5. After the spraying is completed, the flipping machine automatically flips the steel pipe into the cooling water tank. After the steel pipe cools down, it is taken out, and the heat treatment process of the steel pipe is completed;

6. After spraying onto the hot steel pipe, the cooling water automatically flows into the cooling water pool for natural cooling and is then pumped back for continued use;
