Debugging method of Roots blower:
1. Check the fastening condition of each part and whether there is any looseness in the positioning pin.
2. There is no oil leakage inside the blower body.
3. There should be no scaling, rusting, or peeling inside the blower body.
4. Pay attention to whether the lubrication and heat dissipation are normal, pay attention to the quality of lubricating oil, regularly listen to whether there is any noise during the operation of the blower, pay attention to whether the unit is running under non compliant working conditions, and regularly add butter.
5. The overload of the blower is sometimes not immediately displayed, so attention should be paid to the increasing trend of the intake and exhaust pressure, bearing temperature, and motor current to determine whether the machine is running normally.
6. Before disassembling the machine, the dimensions of each fitting should be measured, recorded, and marked on the components to ensure that the original fitting requirements are maintained after assembly.
7. The oil tank of a new or overhauled blower should be cleaned and put into operation according to the usage steps. It is recommended to replace all lubricating oil after running for 8 hours.
8. A reasonable maintenance system should be formulated based on specific usage conditions, carried out on schedule, and recorded. It is recommended to conduct a major overhaul once a year and replace bearings and related vulnerable parts.
9. It is recommended that the blower be overhauled by professional maintenance personnel.
How Roots blower works under low pressure:
Low pressure gas enters the working chamber through the suction port opened on the fixed vortex disk. When the moving scroll rotates around the center of the stationary scroll with a small radius, the working chamber will expand or shrink accordingly, and the compressed air will be discharged through the exhaust port at the center of the stationary scroll.
