1、 Product Description:
LKZZYVP-16BNitrogen supply valve, nitrogen micro pressure regulating valveWithout the need for external energy, using the energy of the regulated medium itself as the power source, a pressure valve controller is introduced to control the position of the pressure valve core, change the flow rate of the medium passing through the valve, and maintain a constant pressure at the back end of the valve. The nominal pressure is 1.0 and 1.6 MPa; Pressure segmented adjustment from 0.5 to 1000Kpa, working temperature from 0 to 100 ℃; Flange standard according to GB9113-88, convex flange. The structural length shall comply with GB12221-89 standard.
The valve body materials include WCB, CF8, CF3M, etc., and the nominal diameter is available in various specifications ranging from DN15 to 200.

1. The pressure setting is implemented on the commander, making it convenient, fast, labor-saving, and time-saving to continuously set while in operation.
2. The control accuracy is about twice as high as that of ZZY self operated type, so it is suitable for use in situations with high control accuracy.

If the flow rate at the valve outlet exceeds a certain value, it will cause high-frequency vibration or severe flushing, leading to damage or even destruction of the valve components and body. Although the cause of vibration and flushing is not only due to the flow rate, the flow rate factor is particularly critical.
For liquid operations, the principle of maximum flow rate is at a valve outlet of 50ft/s (12.7m/s); For gas operations, it is usually limited to below 1.0 hertz; However, for liquids with temperatures close to the saturation point, the flow rate must be reduced to 30ft/s (7.6m/s). For valves with pressure drops below the saturation vapor pressure and valves that generate cavitation, the flow rate should be limited to below 30ft/s (7.6m/s) to reduce the damage caused by cavitation. 8、 In the case of corrosion of materials, anti-corrosion measures need to be taken
When the medium is a corrosive chemical substance such as strong acid or strong alkali, such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, silicon trichloride, nitric acid, etc., the fully lined fluoroplastic F46 can effectively prevent the corrosive medium from corroding the valve and provide tight shut-off and excellent control capabilities. In case of high temperature conditions, the lined plastic PFA can meet the high temperature requirements.
9、 Working principle of nitrogen sealing device:

When the feed valve of the storage tank is opened and materials are added to the tank, the liquid level rises, the volume of the gas phase decreases, and the pressure increases. When the pressure inside the tank rises above the set pressure of the nitrogen release valve, the nitrogen release valve opens and releases nitrogen gas to the outside, causing the pressure inside the tank to decrease. When the pressure drops to the set point of the nitrogen release valve, the nitrogen release valve automatically closes.
When the discharge valve of the storage tank is opened to start discharging, the liquid level in the tank decreases, the volume of the gas phase increases, the pressure in the tank decreases, and the nitrogen supply valve opens to inject nitrogen into the storage tank, causing the pressure in the tank to rise. When the pressure in the tank rises to the point where the nitrogen supply valve automatically closes.
The fire-resistant breathing valve is only used for secondary protection. When the nitrogen supply and discharge valves fail, the breathing valve opens to protect the safety of the tank.
The common pressure settings for nitrogen sealing systems are: 1 kPa for nitrogen supply valve, 2 kPa for nitrogen release valve, and positive pressure+3 KPa/negative pressure 1-95 Pa for breathing valve. The three valves form a certain pressure difference and work together.
10、 Fault analysis and solutions:
Fault phenomenon: The outlet pressure is lower than the set pressure
Cause of failure:
