Overview of flat gate valves without diversion holes:

Flat gate valves without diversion holes are suitable for natural gas, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, urban pipelines, gas pipelines and other transportation pipelines, venting systems and steam storage devices, as opening and closing equipment. Long distance pipelines suitable for natural gas extraction and purification.

Characteristics of flat gate valve:
The sealing structure of the valve seat should be elastic with pre tightening force, and the upstream and downstream sealing seats should be sealed simultaneously. The valve seat and seal are always sealed face-to-face.

2. The valve seat has a self-cleaning function and is not directly flushed by the airflow during the valve opening or closing process. The valve seat should be made of lubricated and wear-resistant materials.

3. The malfunction of the valve actuator will not affect other parts of the valve, and maintenance and replacement work can be carried out without disassembling the valve.

(1) The yoke sleeve made of aluminum bronze is equipped with needle shaped thrust bearings to minimize operating torque.

(2) The thread length of the valve stem extends up to the bracket; Pin and spot welding; Has stability.

(3) The pressure seal structure is simple, equipped with segmented retaining rings and silver plated low-carbon steel gaskets, which helps to disassemble and achieve the best valve cap seal.

(4) The valve seat ring is welded perpendicular to the flow channel, making it easy to maintain.

(5) These valves can be equipped with electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic actuators. Manual handwheel with standard configuration below DN300, and helical gear operating mechanism with configuration above DN350.

(6) The fully assembled yoke has passed seismic testing and is easy to maintain and install the actuator.

(7) Two piece pressure cover, self-adjusting pressure cover to prevent it from popping out.

(8) The overall rear seat has a hard surface and the longest service life.

(9) The valve disc spring load valve disc can adjust itself, reducing the torque demand of the actuator.

(10) The overall stop is a cast bracket stop device, and the assembled bracket valve disc is positioned to make the valve seat more stable and reliable.

Ordering Notice:
1. If the customer has special requirements for the product, the following instructions must be provided in the order contract:
a. Structural length;
b. Connection form;
c. Nominal diameter;
d. Product usage medium, temperature, and pressure range;
e. Testing, inspection standards, and other requirements.
2. Our factory can configure various driving devices according to specific customer requirements.
3. When the customer provides the determined valve type and model, the customer should correctly explain the meaning and requirements of the model, and sign the contract under the condition of mutual understanding between the supply and demand parties.
4. Futures and ordering customers are requested to first call and provide detailed information on the required valve model, specifications, quantity, delivery time, and location. And 30% of the total contract amount shall be prepaid, and the supplier shall prepare materials for production.
