Overview
Non woven fabric forming anti sticking conveyor belt requires a mesh belt for non-woven fabric forming, drying, and transportation during the non-woven fabric production process. In this process, the stability of the mesh belt, the precision of edge cutting of the mesh belt, the anti sticking performance, anti-static performance, and high temperature resistance of the mesh belt will all affect the efficiency and quality of non-woven fabric production. GKD provides mesh belts ranging from stainless steel materials to various synthetic fiber materials, which can meet the demanding needs of customers.

Non woven molding anti sticking conveyor belt

Mesh belts are required in the production process of non-woven fabrics for molding, drying, and transportation.

Non woven molding anti sticking conveyor belt application

As a type of conveying equipment, conveyor belts are widely used in daily life. We have previously discussed the concept of conveyor belts. So, what industries are conveyor belts generally used in? What is its main job? Now let's talk about it again.

As the name suggests, from the concept of conveyor belts alone, we can roughly understand that conveyor belts are used to transport goods, but they cannot be used alone and need to rely on the power of conveyors. It is quite common that during the autumn harvest, farmers go to cotton factories to sell cotton. The machines that transport cotton are conveyors, and the belt like objects on top are mesh belts, also known as conveyor belts. It is generally applied in the following industries:

1. Food biscuit industry: mesh belt, cooling spray machine mesh belt, flat bending machine mesh belt, chocolate coating machine B-shaped mesh belt. Simultaneously producing biscuit machinery, B-type mesh belts for egg sprayers and meat conveyors, as well as imported ultra-thin energy-saving mesh belts.

2. Instant noodles and Rice noodles industry; Steaming mesh belt, frying box, drying hanging box, cutting knife, knife comb, noodle knife, noodle comb, support shaft, molding box, etc.

3. Stainless steel flat top chains, chip removal chains, conveyor chains, mesh belts, support shafts, etc. are used for various frozen food and vegetable dehydration production line equipment.

4. Glass products industry: glass annealing furnace mesh belt, baking furnace mesh belt, bottle conveyor mesh belt, mosaic mesh belt, with specifications including crankshaft type, straight shaft type, diamond type, and double helix type.

5. Other industries: such as the cotton conveyor mentioned above.

troubleshooting

1. If there is a deviation of the mesh belt, adjust the tension shaft at one end of the driven shaft slowly and remember to adjust quickly, which may cause scratches on the edge of the mesh belt.

2. If the mesh belt shakes, check whether the conveyor frame and the rollers inside the conveyor tunnel are corroded and refuse to rotate, and adjust them one by one.

3. If the chain driven mesh belt experiences chain jumping and unstable operation, it is necessary to check whether the sprockets at both ends of the drive shaft are synchronized and whether the tooth ends are excessively worn.
