According to the degree of aging pollution and impurity composition of waste transformer oil, a certain treatment method can be selected for deep treatment, and by switching the working mode and integrating various treatment methods, the performance recovery of waste transformer oil can be better achieved.
Mainly used for vacuum filtration of expensive heavy oils such as ultra-high voltage transformer oil (main transformers above 110KV), new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, and transformer system capacitor oil and refrigeration oil. It can also be used for vacuum oil injection and drying of transformers. Its main function is to remove trace amounts of moisture and gas from insulating oil, filter mechanical impurities, and improve the characteristic indicators of insulating oil.
The two-stage vacuum separation system and pressurization technology can increase the vacuum degree inside the vacuum separator compared to ordinary oil filters. Under high vacuum conditions, impurities such as water, gas, and sludge in the oil can be quickly and reliably removed at lower temperatures, while reducing dielectric loss and acid value, and improving the flash point and pressure resistance of the oil. After this series of treatment, the breakdown voltage of new oil with a breakdown voltage of not less than 25KV can reach over 75KV, which can effectively shorten the installation and maintenance period of transformers.
