Y09-M3016 dust particle counter online monitoring sampling covers 6 particle size channels (can be selected all, can choose two), 0.3um, 0.5um, 1.0um, 3.0um, 5.0um, 10.0um. It can meet different particle size requirements and has a built-in MAX1480E optocoupler bus communication chip to ensure reliable communication transmission. Equipped with real-time monitoring, it can output test results in real-time. The product complies with GMP or ISO equipment certification, meets cleanroom usage standards, and is safe and reliable.

Dust particle counteronline monitoringThe system includes: dust particle counter, temperature and humidity, external sound and light alarm, and wireless communication connection. The test data (dust particle concentration, temperature and humidity) of each point can be sent in real-time (limited or wireless) to the switch, and then sent to the monitoring software host. The monitoring software host draws a curve based on the collected test data (dust particle concentration, temperature and humidity), generates a data report, and can compare it with the pre-set upper and lower limits of the data. When the data is not qualified, it can control the sound and light alarm to sound an alarm.
