Overview
The online monitoring system for flue gas emissions consists of four mandatory subsystems: monitoring of gaseous pollutants (SO2, NOX, 02, etc.), monitoring of particulate matter, monitoring of flue gas parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, etc.), and data acquisition and processing. The monitoring of gaseous pollutants in $r $n adopts the extraction condensation method, which uses the ultraviolet differential method to measure the SO2 and NOX content in the flue gas, measures the wet oxygen content through electrochemical method, and then calculates the dry flue gas concentration of SO2, NOX, and 02 through dry wet conversion.

The analysis cabinet contains the following units:

a.Preprocessing Unit

The preprocessing unit consists of a condenser, peristaltic pump, solenoid valve, suction pump, needle valve, fine filter, flow meter, etc; Its function is to complete the purification, dust removal, voltage stabilization, and flow stabilization of the sample gas, with a filtration accuracy of up to0.1um. Finally, clean and stable flow of the tested gas that meets the requirements of the analyzer is continuously fed into the analytical instrument, ensuring its accuracy and long-term reliability.

To accelerate response time, the system is equipped with a bypass flow path; For the convenience of regular analyzer calibration, the system is equipped with an analyzer calibration flow path.
