Hailingrui online suspended solids/sludge concentration sensorAdopting dual beam infrared scattering emission, designed for industrial market, the cable has anti reverse connection design, good repeatability and stability, not affected by chromaticity, with automatic cleaning brush to prevent contamination and effectively extend maintenance cycle. RS485 output, MODBUS-RTU protocol, can be integrated and networked without the need for a transmitter.

Measurement principle of sludge concentration/suspended solids:
The online suspended solids/sludge concentration sensor is based on the combined infrared absorption scattering light method. The infrared light emitted by the light source is scattered by the suspended particles in the sample, and finally converted into an electrical signal by the photodetector. After analog and digital signal processing, the suspended solids/sludge concentration of the sample is obtained.
