Organic waste gas is absorbed and neutralized through a packed scrubbing tower and scrubbing solution (using fillers to increase the contact surface area) to remove harmful particulate matter from the waste gas. The waste gas is treated by gas-liquid reverse absorption through a packed scrubbing tower, producing small water droplets through mist spraying. The waste gas flows backwards from the bottom of the tower to achieve gas-liquid contact. This treatment method can remove particulate matter from the gas. To ensure uniform distribution of gas inside the tower and complete contact between gas and liquid, a well packed filter material should have a sparse surface area, with a larger free surface area to increase the residence time between gas and liquid. At the same time, the selection of packed filter material should have appropriate gaps to reduce the resistance of gas rising, reduce the pressure drop of the scrubbing tower, and then pass through the scrubbing tower. After mist treatment, it enters the activated carbon tower.
Activated carbon adsorption tower is a dry waste gas treatment equipment, consisting of a tower body and adsorption bed blocks filled in the tower body. Activated carbon adsorption can treat and purify various organic and inorganic pollutants, such as benzene, ketones, alcohols, ethers, alkanes and their mixed organic waste gases. Activated carbon is a type of very small carbon particle with a large surface area, and there are smaller pores (capillaries) in the carbon particles. These capillaries have strong adsorption capacity. Due to the large surface area of the carbon particles, they can fully contact the gas. When the exhaust gas is powered by a fan and enters the activated carbon adsorption tower under negative pressure, it is evenly distributed to each activated carbon bed in the tower. Due to the unbalanced and unsaturated molecular gravity or chemical bonding force on the surface of the activated carbon adsorbent, when the surface of the activated carbon adsorbent comes into contact with the gas, it can attract gas molecules, concentrate them, and maintain them on the surface of the activated carbon, thereby adsorbing pollutants. By utilizing the adsorption capacity of activated carbon adsorbent surface, the exhaust gas is brought into contact with the porous activated carbon adsorbent on the large surface. The pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon, separated from the gas mixture, and the purified gas is discharged at high altitude
