Oxidation ditch submersible mixerSubmersible mixers are suitable for aeration tanks in industrial and urban wastewater treatment plants, producing strong water flows with low tangential flow. They can be used to create water flows during circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal stages. It can be widely used for anaerobic and facultative treatment of industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage in industries such as petroleum, chemical, printing and dyeing, leather making, medicine, food, papermaking, textile, etc.
1. Perform hydraulic circulation
The submersible mixer only needs to provide the necessary circulation flow rate in anaerobic tanks, anoxic tanks, oxidation ditches and other tanks to maintain the suspension of the mixed liquid in the tank, allowing microorganisms to fully contact with the substrate. Through the energy input by the mixer, a continuous circulating water flow is formed. This design not only effectively maintains the suspension of the mixed liquid, but also generates a huge dilution and homogenization ability due to the fact that the flow rate of the circulating water in the tank is usually tens or even hundreds of times higher than the inlet flow rate. Therefore, this reactor has excellent process characteristics that can withstand impact loads.
2. Improve oxygen transfer efficiency
Aeration is a fundamental means of maintaining the normal metabolism of aerobic microorganisms, and the oxygen transfer efficiency of underwater aeration systems is directly related to water depth. By using a submersible mixer in the aeration tank to design it as a continuous circulation flow tank, the path of releasing "bubbles" from the aeration head will be changed under the action of the circulation flow rate, increasing the "oxygen transfer depth" and improving the oxygen transfer efficiency.
3. Convenient grid and segment processing
When the volume of a single cell pool is small, each cell can be designed as a square or circular plane, and a submersible mixer can be installed in each cell.
4. Improving water quality of water bodies
In many polluted water bodies and deep treatment ponds used for sewage treatment, water quality improvement often encounters problems such as deep water, slow water flow, and insufficient surface oxygenation to meet the dissolved oxygen requirements of deep water areas. A submersible mixer can be set up for "artificial respiration" to oxygenate deep water areas and improve the overall water quality. This "artificial respiration" technology is a simple and effective means of improving water quality.
Oxidation ditch submersible mixerCharacteristics of aerobic tank submersible mixer:
1. The submersible mixer has a compact structure, simple operation and maintenance, easy installation and maintenance, and a long service life;
The impeller of the submersible mixer conforms to the hydraulic design structure, with high working efficiency. The swept back blades have self-cleaning function, which can prevent debris from entangling and blocking;
Mixing a submersible agitator with an aeration system can significantly reduce energy consumption, increase oxygen filling, and effectively prevent sedimentation;
The insulation level of the motor winding of the submersible mixer is F, and the protection level is IP68. Good bearings and anti condensation devices are selected to make the operation of the motor safer;
5. Mechanical seals for submersible agitator channels;
Precautions and maintenance of submersible mixer:
1. Regularly lift the mixer to clean the entanglement on the impeller and pump body, check whether the impeller is loose or damaged, and repair it in a timely manner;
10. By adjusting the chain on the lifting device, the lifting hook and the lifting center of gravity of the submersible mixer are on the same vertical line during the sliding process of the submersible mixer along the guide rod or guide wire.
