1. Perform hydraulic circulation

1. Regularly lift the mixer to clean the entanglement on the impeller and pump body, check whether the impeller is loose or damaged, and repair it in a timely manner;

2. Observe the trajectory of the liquid level during the operation of the mixer, and adjust it promptly if it is abnormal;
3. Observe the vibration of the fixed rod and promptly lift it for inspection if there is significant vibration;
4. During normal operation, all foam needs to pass through the liquid level, and there should be no vortex above the mixer during operation. Otherwise, it cannot run for a long time and needs to be stopped for adjustment;
5. Regularly check the sealing condition, and repair it in a timely manner if the sealing condition is poor;
6. Check and replace the bearing lubricating oil;
7. Check if there is any skin or damage to the cables of the high-speed submersible mixer.
8. When lifting the submersible mixer with a hook, the impeller end should be tilted upward by 5 ° -10 ° from the horizontal plane;
