PP hood

PP centrifugal fans can transport air and other non self igniting gases that are non corrosive to the fan casing and impeller materials. Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the content of dust and hard particles should not exceed 150mg/m ³. The gas temperature should not exceed 80 ℃. This fan has good aerodynamic performance, smooth operation, low vibration, light wind noise, high efficiency, and long service life. Widely applicable to chemical, pharmaceutical, rare earth, smelting, electroplating, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools, various industries, laboratory ventilation and gas transportation.

The 4-72 series is an anti-corrosion centrifugal fan, mainly composed of a casing made of polypropylene PP material, an impeller (molded by injection molding), air inlet and outlet ports, and a motor. It can be used to transport corrosive gases, and its performance and installation dimensions are the same as the 4-72 series.

Transmission mode: Type A is a direct coupled type, which means that the motor and impeller are directly driven

Type C is shaft coupled, which means the motor and impeller are driven by a belt through a transmission shaft

1. When placing an order, it is necessary to specify the fan model, air volume, air pressure, motor power, speed, casing color, air outlet angle, and impeller rotation direction. If the air outlet angle is not specified, it should be rotated 90 degrees to the right as the factory standard.
