During the operation of the PPH tube falling film absorber, the absorbent descends vertically along the inner wall of the tube in a thin film shape through the film distributor. PPH tube falling film absorberIt is a new type of absorber mainly used to absorb harmful gases such as exhaust gas and tail gas during the production process. Its working principle is to lower the absorbent in a thin film along the inner wall of the vertical tube through a membrane distributor, and the gas flows from top to bottom (parallel flow) or from bottom to top (counter flow) through the inner tube space. The gas-liquid phase undergoes mass transfer on the flowing liquid film.

The absorbent descends in a thin film shape along the inner wall of the vertical tube through the film distributor, and the gas passes through the inner tube space from top to bottom or from bottom to top.

The gas-liquid two-phase mass transfer occurs on the flowing liquid film, and the absorbing liquid enters along the tangential direction, forming a spiral disturbance in the tube and causing the liquid film to descend.

The absorption cooling section can be divided into two types according to structural types: tube type and round block hole type. The absorption liquid descending to the absorption cooling section flows down in a film like manner along the inner wall of the tube (or hole), and the gas that is easily soluble in the absorption liquid flows in the same direction, fully contacts with the absorption liquid, and is absorbed.

The heat of dissolution is transferred to the cooling liquid through the pipe wall and carried out of the equipment. The unabsorbed gas and product enter the gas-liquid separator located at the bottom of the equipment to provide separation space. After separation, the gas is sent to the tail gas tower, and the finished product acid is input into the storage tank.
