PPH vacuum water intake tankThe water pump is connected to the inlet pipe, and the pump is filled with water in advance. When the pump starts, the impeller rotates to throw out the water in the pump casing, and the water in the PP vacuum water tank is promptly replenished to the pump casing. At this time, a vacuum will appear in the water tank, which is a negative pressure state, that is, the pressure in the PP vacuum water tank is lower than atmospheric pressure. Therefore, the water in the low-level pool will flow into the PP vacuum water intake tank through the suction pipe of the water pump under the action of atmospheric pressure. At this time, the pressure inside the pump casing is lower, and the water in the PP water intake tank will continuously flow into the pump casing. Under the centrifugal force of the impeller, the water will be continuously discharged from the pump casing, and the water pump will continue to pump and deliver water normally.
PPH vacuum water intake tankapplication
Urban drainage system: In low-lying areas, vacuum water tanks can solve drainage problems by quickly draining accumulated water through their strong suction, preventing floods from occurring.
Fire extinguishing system: When a fire extinguishing device is installed inside a building, a vacuum water tank can introduce the fire extinguishing agent from the storage tank into the sprinkler head, forming a mist or spraying directly to extinguish the fire, improving the efficiency of fire extinguishing.
Oil transportation system: In industries such as petroleum and chemical, vacuum water tanks are widely used in oil transportation systems, with the advantages of fast oil transportation speed, long transportation distance, and simple operation.
Wastewater treatment: In wastewater treatment plants, vacuum water tanks are used to extract, transport, and store wastewater, improving treatment efficiency and reducing pollutant emissions.
Agricultural irrigation: In agricultural production, vacuum water tanks are used for irrigation, which can divert groundwater or water sources from lower areas to higher areas, saving water and improving irrigation efficiency.
