(5) The filtration membrane flux cannot exceed the design flux during operation. Excessive operating flux will accelerate membrane fouling and shorten the service life of the membrane stack;
(6) Aeration intensity: The conventional design range is 60~120Nm/m2 ● h. For ordinary domestic sewage and municipal sewage, the recommended aeration intensity is designed at 100Nm */m2 ● h. Aeration intensity refers to the projected area of a unit membrane element cross-section Insufficient aeration volume and intensity can easily contaminate the membrane components; Excessive aeration intensity may shorten the service life of the membrane stack. The aeration intensity is directly related to MLSS, and the higher the MLSS, the higher the aeration intensity should be selected.
