1、 Non oxidizing type

1. Traditional type

Fungicide is a low dosage, high-efficiency, and pollution-free broad-spectrum industrial preservative and fungicide, which is composed of various fungicides and enhancers such as isothiocyanate. The mechanism of sterilization is to penetrate the cell wall of microorganisms and enter the interior of the cell, where it binds to the bases on the cell nucleus, thereby inhibiting the regeneration of microorganisms and killing them. Therefore, this fungicide has strong bactericidal and inhibitory effects on microorganisms in pulp and white water.

It is composed of multiple anti-corrosion and antibacterial agents, and has the advantages of high efficiency, rapid killing, broad-spectrum, low toxicity, and stability. Used in industries such as food, coatings, dyes, adhesives, papermaking, printing, etc. Suitable for acidic and neutral (pH ≤ 10) papermaking.

2. New type

The series has the characteristics of broad-spectrum, low toxicity, high efficiency, safety, *, and good synergy, which can quickly kill various bacteria and fungi, inhibit the formation of mud and pulp, and are easy to biodegrade. The mechanism of sterilization is to penetrate the cell wall of microorganisms and enter the interior of the cell, where it binds with the bases on the nucleus, thereby inhibiting the regeneration of microorganisms and killing them. Therefore, this fungicide has strong bactericidal and inhibitory effects on microorganisms in pulp and white water.

2、 Oxidation type

1. Stable type

Paper making fungicideIt is a low dosage, high-efficiency, pollution-free broad-spectrum industrial preservative and fungicide, composed of various fungicides such as organic bromine, enhancers, etc. The mechanism of sterilization is to denature proteins, and the outer shell of bacteria is usually a layer of protein. Protein denaturation will lead to bacterial death. Therefore, this fungicide has strong bactericidal and inhibitory effects on microorganisms in pulp and white water.

2. On site reactive type

Add sodium hypochlorite through on-site mixing reaction with water in corresponding proportions.

Advantages: Low cost and good results.

Disadvantages: High equipment cost, requiring manual maintenance, suitable for large paper machines.
