Paper pulp residue separatorThe upper half is the vortex chamber, and the lower half is the semi-circular screening area, which is equipped with a high rotation rotor inside. The rotor is welded with axial sweeping blades and spiral alternately arranged sorting blades.

After the slurry enters from the slurry inlet, the high-speed rotor performs a comprehensive action of tapping, scraping, tearing, and peeling on the tailings. Firstly, the tailings are thrown into the vortex chamber, and then scattered to the screening area to complete the separation process of fibers and impurities. At the same time, the nozzle above the rotor continuously sprays water to dilute and wash the tailings, and rinse the rotor and sieve plate. After repeated cycles of sorting, the separated good fibers pass through the sieve holes and are discharged from the slurry outlet below the sieve plate. The stripped plastic sheets and other impurities are washed and discharged from the slag hopper as waste.
