Biomass pellet combustion equipment belongs to the category of biomass energy-saving stoves. The stove is designed with a comprehensive ventilation and oxygen supply system that ensures full combustion. It also utilizes secondary oxygen supply technology, adds secondary air technology and air path channels, and uses the oxygen deficient effect to heat the reaction conversion process to produce gasification, which causes biomass fuel to undergo oxidation reaction after high-temperature cracking, generating some combustible gases (carbon monoxide, hydrogen, methane, etc.). Under the action of secondary oxygen supply, jet combustion occurs, improving the utilization efficiency and combustion efficiency of the fuel, thereby achieving energy-saving and environmental protection effects, while significantly reducing the emission of harmful pollutants such as carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide. This technology extends the swirling distance and time of high-temperature flue gas flow in the furnace by setting insulation layers and adding fire blocking rings, thereby reducing heat loss and improving thermal efficiency. It saves fuel and time, and is safe, hygienic, and easy to use.
From the perspective of thermodynamic principles, biomass pellet fuel stoves have basically met three conditions:
One is the ability to fully burn fuel, converting the chemical energy in the fuel into heat energy more efficiently;
Secondly, it has good heat transfer and insulation effects, which increases the effective utilization of heat value and reduces the heat dissipation heat value;
Thirdly, waste heat can be effectively utilized to minimize smoke exhaust waste heat and other heat losses. At the same time, solid fuels can be gasified under high temperature and oxygen deficient conditions with reasonable control of the excess air supply coefficient. Therefore, in the research and design of the furnace, the lower part (gasification section) of the furnace is designed as a basically closed system, and the supply of air can be adjusted to achieve significant gasification effect of the fuel. With good gasification effect, it is necessary to ensure sufficient air support during combustion to ensure appropriate operating temperature. A secondary air intake ring (combustion section) is designed on the upper part of the furnace, and many secondary oxygen supply small holes are evenly distributed on the ring, greatly enhancing the full combustion of gasification fuel and making the combustion flame bright white. In addition, the gap size between the furnace and the bottom of the pot was optimized, and the matching size between the furnace and the bottom of the pot was found. This extended the swirling distance and time of the high-temperature flue gas flow in the furnace, avoiding the direct discharge of the burning flame into the flue, thereby reducing heat loss and improving thermal efficiency.
