4、 Example of Operation Process

1)If the vascular stent has been loaded, place the vascular stent system in37Cscholar2CSoak in a constant temperature water bath for no less than2minRelease the vascular stent from the sheath in a constant temperature water bath;If the bracket is not loaded, this operation is not required.

2)For self expanding variable diameter vascular stents, it is necessary to evaluate the radial support force of different segments.

3)The temperature of the testing device is maintained at37Cscholar2C;The initial aperture is larger than the natural diameter of the test bracket.

5)Place the released vascular stent in the testing hole of the device at least at a constant temperature2min.

5)According to the status of the vascular stent, set the aperture of the testing device as slowly as possible to reduce it to the preloaded diameter of the vascular stent or to reduce the diameter by at least50%Slowly increase to the unloaded state (recommended moving speed is as follows): 0.1mm/s~0.5mm/s).

6)Measure the force value of expansion or compression corresponding to the expected size of the implanted blood vessel diameter during the testing process, and observe whether the vascular stent can restore its initial shape after the external force is removed.
