The shaft seal can be a mechanical seal, which can be a single end or double end balanced container type, or a packing seal can be used. Mechanical seals are equipped with cooling, flushing, or sealing fluid systems, and the sealed piping system is designed according to API specifications. The suction and discharge flanges can be designed according to GB, DIN, and ANSI standards.
