Working Principle:Spectrophotometry

Instrument Overview:

The Phe type phenol/volatile phenol online analyzer is designed specifically for the online monitoring needs of phenolic emissions in industrial enterprises. According to different preprocessing methods, the instrument is divided into two types: A and B. The measurement principle is that phenolic compounds react with 4-aminoantipyrine in the presence of potassium ferrocyanide in a pH (10 ± 0.2) medium to produce orange red antipyrine dye.

The method complies with the "Determination of Volatile Phenols in Water Quality -4-aminoantipyrine photometric method" (HJ503-2009) to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of monitoring data.

Tip: The A-type phenol online analyzer is based on direct colorimetric method and is suitable for measuring the phenol content in water.

The B-type volatile phenol online analyzer is based on the distillation colorimetric method and is suitable for working conditions with significant turbidity interference and complex interfering components. This instrument is suitable for various complex working conditions with over 90% turbidity.
