Phosphate free reverse osmosis corrosion and scale inhibitor is suitable for water types containing high silicon, high hardness, and high alkalinity. It can effectively control and disperse the formation and deposition of silicon on the membrane surface. The concentration of SiO2 on the concentrated water side can reach 600 ppm, and it can also effectively control scaling caused by carbonates, sulfates, and phosphates, and has strong dispersibility towards metal oxides.

Operating Instructions

Dosing box: An anti-corrosion dosing box is required, and anti-corrosion materials mainly include PVC, fiberglass, HDPE, etc.

Dosing point: Add before Mixer or Cartridge Filters.

Dilution ratio: It can be diluted or added as the original solution. To ensure the accuracy of dosing, dilution is generally used. The dilution water is RO produced water or mixed bed effluent, and the recommended dilution ratio is not more than 10 times. Re prepare the medicine every 5-7 days, and be sure to clean the medicine box before re preparing to prevent the growth of microorganisms.

Dosage: It is determined based on the water quality, membrane type, and system operating parameters (such as recovery rate, temperature, and pressure). The general dosage is 2.0-10.0 ppm, and it is recommended to use TRISPE Analyzer software to calculate the dosage.
