1. Install the installation bracket of the furnace body correctly (separate and horizontal),
2. After opening the furnace, install the reactor in the furnace and close the furnace with the buckle.
3. Connect the control power supply of each section of the furnace to the wiring on the furnace body according to the heating distribution of each section, and insert thermocouples (there are two insertion methods, axial and radial, according to different requirements of each company)
4. Check the insulation level of the furnace body and ensure it is effectively grounded. Once confirmed to be correct, it can be turned on for operation.
