【 Working Principle 】
(1)Plasma is the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid, and gas states. It is generated using a pulsed high-frequency and high-voltage power supply and a dual medium toothed plate discharge device in the form of tip discharge; Plasma can bombard and break the bonds between exhaust gas and air molecules in milliseconds, producing various active free radicals, high-energy electrons, high-energy ions, etc. with high concentration, intensity, and energy. At the same time, it produces a large amount of mixed gases such as ozone, atomic oxygen, and ecological oxygen, which undergo a series of complex differentiation, cracking, and redox reactions; Active free radicals and ozone can effectively destroy nucleic acids and proteins in various viruses and bacteria, preventing them from undergoing normal metabolism and biosynthesis, leading to their death; Ecological oxygen can quickly decompose or reduce odor gases in exhaust gas molecules into low molecular weight harmless substances; In addition, by utilizing the aggregation adsorption of electrons and ions in plasma, it is possible to effectively adsorb and settle fine organic waste gas particles as small as submicrons.
(2)During the discharge process, although the electron temperature is high, the temperature of heavy particles is low, and the entire system exhibits a low-temperature state, hence it is called low-temperature plasma. Low temperature plasma degradation of pollutants is the process of utilizing active particles such as high-energy electrons, high-energy ions, and free radicals to interact with pollutants in exhaust gas, causing pollutant molecules to decompose in a very short period of time and undergo various subsequent reactions to achieve the goal of pollutant degradation.

【 Precautions 】

3The exhaust gas purifier should be installed outdoors,There is enough space for maintenance and repair;During outdoor installation,Rain proof and sun shading awnings should be installed,To avoid affecting the normal service life of the exhaust gas purifier and increasing unnecessary maintenance costs.
4To ensure the purification efficiency of the exhaust gas purifier,The variable diameter air duct connected to the equipment inlet and outlet should be as smooth as possible.
5The exhaust gas purifier box should be safely and reliably grounded;During installation, it is not allowed to bump the electrodes,It is strictly prohibited for foreign objects to fall into the purifier.
