1： Advantages of Plastic Y-shaped Diaphragm Valve

Enhanced engineering plastic manufacturing, sturdy and durable;
The Y-shaped diaphragm valve adopts an upper and lower dual control chamber design, which controls the water flow independently of the fluid chamber, making the valve control more flexible, reliable and durable, completely eliminating the hidden dangers of ineffective and lax switching that may exist in single chamber control valves;
The valve body and valve cover are made of glass fiber reinforced NORYL material, which has high strength, long service life, and corrosion resistance;
Specially processed reinforced rubber diaphragm with long service life and high fatigue strength;
The Y-shaped fluid channel design reduces valve pressure loss and increases water flux;
● The normally open and normally closed types can be easily converted flexibly;
● Spring assisted on/off, flow restriction, or switch display functions can be added.

2： Working principle of plastic Y-shaped diaphragm valve

● Close the valve: Connect the control pressure source (water or gas source, pressure equal to or greater than the incoming water pressure) to the control chamber on the diaphragm, and the diaphragm pushes the valve seat through the valve stem to cut off the incoming water and close the valve;
● Open the valve: When the pressure in the upper chamber of the diaphragm is released, the incoming water pushes open the valve stem through its own pressure, making it easy to form a through chamber and allow fluid to pass through.
