The pneumatic O-type cut-off ball valve produced by our company consists of a double (single) acting pneumatic piston actuator and a floating ball valve. It is also equipped with a travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve, and 0.4-0.7MPa gas source to achieve switch operation, and sends two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switch of the valve. Pneumatic O-type cut-off ball valve is powered by compressed air, and the valve stem drives the valve core to rotate 90 ° inside the valve body to achieve a fully open to fully closed action. Pneumatic O-type cut-off ball valve can be divided into soft sealed valve seat and metal sealed valve seat according to its sealing performance. Soft sealed valve seats are suitable for applications with temperatures ≤ 260 ° C, while metal hard sealed valve seats are suitable for applications with temperatures ≤ 500 ° C. Pneumatic O-type cut-off ball valve has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, reliable operation, good sealing, and easy maintenance. Pneumatic O-type cut-off ball valves are widely used in automatic control systems for industries such as petroleum, chemical, light industry, pharmaceuticals, and papermaking.
