Product Details

The working principle is very simple. In the open position, the valve is fully open with no flow restrictions. During the closing period, two clamping rods press the valve sleeve onto the centerline. The valve sleeve has wear resistance. When solid particles collide with the rubber surface of the valve sleeve, the valve sleeve absorbs energy. When the rubber of the valve sleeve recovers its shape, the energy is released. Even if solid debris accumulates on the valve sleeve wall, when squeezing the valve sleeve, any crystalline particles will fall off the surface of the valve sleeve and flow away with the medium. Therefore, heavy-duty pipe clamp valves can achieve airtight sealing. The full bore structure of the valve ensures the free flow of the medium. The structure and materials of the three main components of the valve (valve sleeve, valve body, and actuator) can be selected according to your process conditions.
