The ball core is a V-shaped notched ball panel with rotating shafts at the upper and lower ends. It has a sturdy structure, wear-resistant valve material, a DC channel, and a valve seat with an energy increasing ring to adjust the sealing force. When closed, the V-shaped incision and valve seat generate wedge-shaped shear force, which is widely used in slurry, mud particles, and fiber environments. It is matched with a valve positioner to achieve proportional adjustment, and the control box with a valve can quickly cut off.

Attachment options: Depending on different controls and requirements, the following attachments can be selected:

Feedback switch: also known as limit switch, remote feedback switch signal (optional explosion-proof).

Electromagnetic valve: Double acting with two position five way valve, single acting with two position three way valve (optional explosion-proof).

Triple component: capable of stabilizing the gas source, filtering, and adding lubricating oil to the cylinder.

Handwheel mechanism: Rotate the handwheel mechanism to manually open and close the valve.

Electrical locator: Input 4-20mA signal to achieve valve adjustment function.
