The discharge valve is designed with a flat bottom structure and a V-shaped valve body according to the actual situation, and provides two working modes of valve discs: lifting and lowering. The inner cavity of the valve body is equipped with a corrosion-resistant and erosion resistant sealing ring, which can protect the valve body from being eroded and corroded by the medium when the valve is opened. The sealing ring is specially treated to achieve a surface hardness of HRC56-62, with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance functions. The valve disc seal is welded with hard alloy on the cover surface as needed, and the sealing pair adopts line sealing to ensure the reliability of the seal and prevent scarring. Simultaneously adopting a short stroke valve disc design.
Structural principle:
1. The discharge valve is composed of a valve body, valve disc, valve stem, positioning screw, sealing ring, pneumatic stroke mechanism or electrical installation mechanism, etc.
2. The principle is to push the valve disc up and down through the valve stem, thereby achieving the purpose of opening and closing.
3. The upward facing handwheel rotates clockwise, the valve stem rises, and the valve closes; When the handwheel is reversed, the valve stem descends and the valve closes.
Difference between upward and downward discharge valves:
1. The discharge valve is mainly used for discharging materials from the bottom of storage tanks, reaction vessels, and other containers. The valve is connected to the equipment with flanges or butt welding and located at its bottom, eliminating the residual phenomenon of process media at the outlet of the container.
2. According to the actual situation, it can be divided into three structural forms: upward expansion type, downward expansion type, and plunger type. The upward expansion type is used for discharging materials from reaction vessels with agitators (except for frame anchor type); And the downward expansion type and plunger type are used for feeding the reaction kettle of the frame anchor stirrer.
3. The sealing surface is made of materials that are resistant to erosion and corrosion, and has undergone special treatment to achieve a surface hardness of HRC48-52. It has high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring the sealing reliability of the valve.
4. Widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, dyes, and food processing.
