Q641F46 is used in industrial containers such as pharmaceutical fermentation reactors, chemical processes, cosmetic mixing containers, and food ingredient tanks. The design of the inclined rod bottom discharge ball valve ensures that the operating part is angled towards the bottom of the container, thus increasing the distance and avoiding interference between the actuator and the insulation layer.
The high platform design adopts ISO5211 for direct installation of actuators, without the need for connecting brackets and shaft sleeves, making the installation of actuators simpler.
structural principle
The main valve body, auxiliary valve body, and reaction vessel flange of the ball valve are fixedly connected to the main valve body and form a spherical valve core chamber with a connecting seat. The connecting seat is provided with a first notch and a second notch, and the depth of the second notch is greater than that of the second notch. The reaction vessel is provided with connecting parts with the second notch and the second connection part respectively. The second notch and the second connection part are provided with protrusions and slots that cooperate with each other. The auxiliary valve body is also provided with a feeding port, and the surface curvature on both sides of the feeding port is the same; The valve core chamber of the bottom discharge ball valve is equipped with a spherical valve core, and the top of the valve core is provided with a groove, which forms a concave spherical surface with the upper surface of the auxiliary valve body and the reaction kettle. The main valve body and the auxiliary valve body are symmetrically equipped with valve seats, and the valve seats have arc-shaped surfaces that cooperate with the valve core for sealing. The main valve body is also equipped with a discharge port, which is opposite to the feed port. The middle of the valve core is equipped with a discharge hole, which forms a discharge channel with the feed and discharge ports when the discharge hole is vertical. The side of the valve core is connected to a valve stem, which can be operated by a handle or actuator.
