Key Features:

1. The ceramic ball valve body is a three-stage structure, made of carbon steel or stainless steel forgings, with a sturdy body and beautiful appearance.

2. The internal medium passage of the valve, including the sphere, valve seat, and connecting pipe, are all made of structural ceramic materials.

3. Structural ceramics have good chemical stability, high hardness (up to HRA88 or above), and can withstand corrosion from most acidic and alkaline media. They also have excellent wear resistance, solving the problem that ordinary metal and plastic valves cannot be used for both wear and corrosion resistance.

4. The ceramic internal components of the valve are composed of six parts: a sphere, two valve seats, and two connecting pipes. The overall structure is simple, the flow channel is smooth, and the medium flow resistance is low.

5. The sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat is hard sealed with spherical surface. It is processed with the advanced spherical surface processing technology introduced from Taiwan, China, China. The surface characteristics are good and the true sphericity is high. Because of the self-cleaning and self-lubricating properties of structural ceramics, the whole valve has good sealing performance, reaching zero leakage, and can be sealed tightly without great pressure, thus reducing the torque of the valve stem and opening and closing smoothly.
