1、 System Introduction

The pollutant discharge permit management system is a management system for the approval, issuance, and collection of pollutant discharge fees for enterprises directly managed by the municipal bureau.

The system mainly includes: enterprise pollution file declaration, enterprise pollution data declaration, and process viewing of enterprise pollution data declaration.

2、 Main functions of the system:

2.1 Declaration of pollutant discharge fee documents

This function is mainly for enterprises to declare their annual application documents. By using this function, enterprises can upload documents that require approval from the Environmental Protection Bureau, and the file status will be marked as' under declaration '. A queue can only be declared once a month. If there is already declared data, it needs to be deleted before continuing to declare.

2.2 Review of Pollutant Discharge Fees

Review the application materials and data of the enterprise. The review of application materials requires staff to manually verify the materials submitted by the enterprise, while the review of application data is automatically conducted by the system based on the relevant regulations of national pollution discharge fees and the data filled in by the enterprise.

2.3 Verification of Pollutant Discharge Charges

The system automatically calculates a result based on the data reviewed by the national government and the fees adopted for different pollutants.

2.4 Approval Notice

The system can generate WORD files of the approved results of pollutant discharge fees, formatted according to the national pollutant discharge fee notification letter.

2.5 Pollutant discharge fee billing

Users can manually adjust the pollutant discharge fees of the enterprise according to the actual situation. After the enterprise verifies the calculation results of the pollutant discharge fees generated by the system, the system will generate a pollutant discharge fee notification for the enterprise to collect the pollutant discharge fees.
