System Overview

According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection for the construction of environmental monitoring command centers, in order to timely grasp the actual situation of various pollution sources in the jurisdiction, to increase the efforts of pollutant reduction, and to respond to emergencies, it is urgent to establish environmental monitoring centers at all levels of environmental departments in the jurisdiction. By constructing an environmental monitoring center, the collection, transmission, storage, analysis, publication, and application management of online monitoring data and video images can be achieved.

The monitoring and command center mainly consists of basic hardware systems, large screen display systems, network and security systems, computer room auxiliary systems, and environmental monitoring software systems.

Basic hardware system

The basic hardware system mainly consists of servers, clients, storage and backup systems, etc.

Large screen display system

The environmental monitoring center is equipped with a large screen display system. According to the general engineering requirements of the environmental monitoring center, the large screen display system includes splicing unit combination walls, graphic splicing controllers, large screen control and management software, vector giant array switchers, central control systems, dedicated cables, etc., which are used to display collected data, video information, GIS geographic information and other functions.
