Measuring principle
The instrument uses luminescent bacterial reagents, which emit light during metabolism. When these bacteria are in a toxic environment caused by heavy metals and other organic and microbial substances, their emitted light is inhibited. The stronger the toxicity, the stronger the inhibitory effect on the metabolism of luminescent bacteria, and the more obvious the inhibition of luminescence. The toxicity of the sample can be quickly and accurately tested based on changes in its light intensity.
