2. Do not install fans in areas with flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases to avoid accidents such as fires and poisoning.

3. According to the direction of the intake and exhaust ports and maintenance requirements, there should be sufficient space around the base.

4. When installing the fan, it is necessary to check whether the foundation is firm, whether the foundation surface is flat, and whether the foundation is higher than the ground.

5. When the fan is installed outdoors, a rain shelter should be provided.

6. The fan cannot be used for a long time at temperatures exceeding 40 ℃. When the temperature exceeds 40 ℃, cooling measures such as exhaust fans should be installed to improve the service life of the fan.

Maintenance of main components of the fan

The impeller shaft, impeller, and synchronous gear are the main components that are generally not easily damaged with proper maintenance, but can still cause irreparable defects under harsh conditions such as overload and high temperature.

The damaged part of the impeller shaft usually occurs on the mating surface with the inner ring of the bearing. When the wear is 1-2mm, it can be repaired by electroplating. When the wear is deeper, it is best to replace the shaft. When changing the shaft, due to the tight fit (transitional fit) between the shaft and impeller, coupled with a longer mating surface, it is usually necessary to use a motorized hydraulic machinery of more than 50t to press out the old shaft and press in the new shaft. Due to the difficulty in controlling the installation size of only a few millimeters for mobile hydraulic equipment, a dedicated simple gantry frame can be made and equipped with a 50t hydraulic jack to replace mobile hydraulic machinery. This not only ensures precise installation dimensions, but also saves some maintenance costs.
