Power plant water treatment desulfurization and defoaming agent
1. Product Features
Made by polymerizing special organic compounds with substances such as propylene oxide, ethylene oxide, and related catalysts;
Quickly reducing gas-liquid surface tension, fast defoaming speed, long foam suppression time, can effectively prevent overflow of absorption tower slurry;
The addition amount is small, 0.5-1.0kg per 2000m3 of slurry;
It is easily dispersed in water and does not react chemically with any substances in the slurry;
Strong stability, acid resistance, and high temperature resistance;
No corrosion, no adverse side effects.
2. Product physical characteristics
Appearance: Colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid
Hydroxyl value KOH mg/g: 45.0-55.0
Acid value KOH mg/g: ≤ 0.05
3. Operating instructions
Joining point: in the absorption tower pit;
Addition method: intermittent periodic impact dosing or continuous dosing by metering pump;
Dosage: When foaming overflow occurs in the absorption tower, generally 1.0-2.0kg should be added in a single impact manner. The actual dosage should be determined based on the composition of the foaming agent, the amount of flue gas, the composition of the coal, the combustion process, the amount of absorbent, and the amount of sulfur dioxide;
Dosing frequency: The specific dosing frequency depends on the foaming situation of the absorption tower and does not require regular dosing.
4. Packaging and Storage
25kg/plastic drum packaging;
Store in a clean, cool, ventilated, and dark warehouse;
Avoid direct sunlight and rain during transportation, and pay attention to fire prevention;
Shelf life at room temperature: one year.
