The submersible float aerator consists of a float, bracket, motor, mixing chamber, base, and intake pipeThe composition is similar to that of a centrifugal aerator, with an additional float. The upper end of the intake pipe of the float aerator is an air suction port located above the water surface, and the lower end is connected to the mixing chamber. After the power is turned on, due to the rotation of the impeller, a high-speed flow of people flows out from the impeller outlet, creating negative pressure in the mixing chamber. As a result, air is sucked in and mixed with sewage, and the mixed liquid flows out from the outlet to complete the oxygenation of the sewage.

Precautions for float aerator：

lBefore starting for the first time, check whether the impeller rotation direction is correct

lWhen the power is not cut off, people are not allowed to move the aerator into the water

lIf the float aerator is not frequently used, it is recommended not to store it in water for a long time. It should be stored in a dry place and self checked every half month

lThe float aerator cannot be placed at the sewage inlet.

lIt is not allowed to lift, suspend, or transport the aerator. When lifting or suspending the aerator, it is necessary to use a chain to hang it on the product lifting ring.
