1. Before installing the equipment, the foundation needs to be compacted and a concrete mortar cushion layer of 100-150mm should be used. It can also be installed overhead, but the foundation needs to bear the weight of the equipment during operation.

2. After the equipment is in place, adjust the liquid level.

3. The clear water outlet can be connected to the sewer for discharge. If you need to enter the next processing step, you can directly connect to the next processing device.

4. The slag discharge outlet and sludge outlet can be connected to sludge tanks or sludge treatment equipment.

5. Electrical boxes should be placed on the side of escalators, and attention should be paid to waterproofing.

Daily maintenance:

Regular lubrication is required to clean the water pump, air compressor, and scraper. In general, the oil injection cycle for air compressors is two months, with oil changes every six months;

Pay attention to the sediment in the air flotation tank and clean it regularly;

Chemicals need to be added to the wastewater entering the air flotation machine, otherwise the effect will not be ideal;

Regularly check whether the valve on the dissolved gas tank is working reliably.
