Characteristics of industrial wastewater treatment process: After pretreatment, the wastewater enters the hydrolysis and acidification tank, where hydrolysis and acidification reactions are carried out to degrade large molecule pollutants in the water into small molecules, improve the biodegradability of the wastewater, and then enter the equipment. In the equipment, some pollutants in the wastewater are removed by anaerobic bacteria, reducing the burden on subsequent biochemical units.


An anaerobic reactor is an anaerobic reaction equipment that uses granular sludge. The reactor is equipped with two layers of three-phase separators, an internal circulation system, and a water distribution system. There is a gas-liquid separation device at the top, and an external circulation system, sludge sampling device, granular sludge discharge and storage facilities, and biogas disposal system are installed outside the reactor. It has the advantages of high volumetric load, low land occupation, low energy consumption, low chemical consumption, low sludge volume, and stable operation.

Basic principle: Wastewater is pumped into the water distributor at the bottom of the reactor through the water distribution system. The water from the distributor rises to the bottom and is fully mixed with anaerobic granular sludge at the bottom. In the lower reaction zone of the reactor, most of the organic matter is converted into A Alkanes and carbon dioxide. These mixed gases, namely biogas, are collected by the lower three-phase separator, and the generated gas causes water to rise through the riser to the gas-liquid separator at the top of the reactor. Biogas leaves the reactor through the gas-liquid separator, and water returns to the bottom through the central downcomer. This process is an internal loop. The effluent from the bottom reactor enters the upper non reaction zone for further treatment, and the generated biogas is sent to the upper three-phase separator. The biogas leaves the reactor through the gas-liquid separator and is introduced into the flare for combustion. The treated water leaves the reactor from the top.
